Are You On The Narrow Road to Heaven?

Luke 14: 26-30 The Living Bible
“‘But we ate with you, and you taught us on the streets”, you will say.
And He will reply, “I tell you, I don’t know you. You can’t come in here , guilty as you are. Go away.’
“And there will be great weeping and gnashing of teeth as you stand outside and see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all of the prophets within the Kingdom of God–for people will come from all over the world to take their places there. And note this, some who are despised now will be greatly honored then, and some who are highly thought of now will be least important then.”
Prayer: Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus, please hear my prayer! Please search my thoughts and sweep it clean. Replace it with thoughts of only YOU, OUR HOLIEST of ALL. Take me by the hand, guide me like a child so that YOU can break all the chains that enslave me and have TRUE FREEDOM through YOU.
I also ask that YOU search my heart, as what is in my heart shows my true self. If there is anything that is not of YOU, convict me, cleanse me and reshape it so that is acceptable to YOU!
If I have good works, that is not enough.
If I act holy but am not clean inside, it is not enough.
If I claim to have faith but do not believe, it is not enough.
Only through truly believing on YOUR Salvation, a heart that is convicted and tender to YOUR VOICE, and faith and belief in what YOU CAN DO through me, will I be able to enter Heaven. Please take away my old self, nail it to the cross, and transform me into your likeness so that I can enter into YOUR HOLY KINGDOM! AMEN!
Remember, it’s not enough to just repent and then go back to your old life. Jesus was nailed to the cross and He expects His followers to nail their old lives to the cross also. Remember, most of the disciples literally died to do His will. When you do that, then you will receive mercy. Are you ready to do that for Him? I know scripture also, but do I practice what I read? Yes. And it is daily, and that renews my soul. It is continous, not just now and then. And yes, I still mess up, but I am redeemed.
