OH, MY STARS! BLOCKS 7 & 8

BLOCKS 7 & 8 (Please read note below)

Hello and Welcome Back!  

Our first block for April is called The Dolly Madison Star.  This is a little challenging as it has a 9-patch block in the middle of the star.  You will need to make only one block.
